A self directed brief to create a concept which motivates people to follow a healthy, active lifestyle by educating them on the benefits as well as showing hearty alternatives to remove the stigma around healthy eating being restrictive. The desired goal of this brief is to change the audience’s mindset of healthy eating, highlighting that it should be implemented as a lifestyle change, as opposed to an alternative fix. It should show how effortless it can be to effectively follow a healthy active lifestyle and adopt it as a new routine.
